You will need approximately 12 inches of the roving to make the angel’s gown, head, and body.
Fold the roving in half and either tie off a small portion or fold the roving in half and make a knot for the head, You may want to use enough wire or thread so that there is enough left to make a hangar.
Take the remaining 6 inches of roving to make the wings. Slip this into the space right
under the head and tie the roving off again. This will make the torso.
For the arms use about ¼ of the wings. Adjust the length of the arms and tie knots in the ends to make hands...If your angel will be holding something, you may want to tie its hand around the object.
Take ribbon, braid, or anything thing else and wrap around waist for a belt or crisscross
over the breast and tie around the waist.
A halo can be made from a pipe cleaner, braid or broken bits of costume jewelry. The only thing that can hold you back will be your imagination
Hang the Angel in a warm room with steam and the angel will fluff out and just be beautiful.
